Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) announced a one-year partnership with SimpliFlying to provide strategic consulting for its customer engagement, marketing and social media strategy covering its various stations including Brunei, Melbourne, London and Dubai.
\"Royal Brunei Airlines recognises the importance of engaging travellers via social media. SimpliFlying is the leading consulting firm in this area and our partnership is a measure of our determination to be at the \'cutting edge\' of this technology.\" said Mr. Dermot Mannion, Deputy Chairman of Royal Brunei Airlines.

In addition, SimpliFlying will be conducting a tailored Master Class for senior executives at RBA to initiate further discussion on the evolving landscape of social media in the airline industry.
\"Royal Brunei Airlines is going through a very important phase in their business transformation now and we are certain that engaging the connected traveller through the right media will help catalyse the impact on its business,\" said Shashank Nigam, CEO of SimpliFlying.
SimpliFlying\'s growing clientele includes Lufthansa, LAN Airlines, Estonian Air, airBaltic, IATA, Toronto Pearson Airport, and manufacturers like Airbus and Bombardier. |
