VOILA Hotel Rewards Network expands in Brazil

VOILA Hotel Rewards, the loyalty program for independent hotels, welcomed a new member to its growing roster of reward partners: Multiplus Fidelidade. The Multiplus network of companies and loyalty programs further enhances VOILA members’ abilities to earn reward points from a variety of loyalty partners, including TAM Airlines, the largest airline in Brazil.
VOILA members will be able to redeem 8 VOILA points for every 1 Multiplus point.
“Through the partnership with Multiplus, VOILA members will enjoy the benefit of having many options of products and services to redeem,” said Eduardo Gouveia, president of Multiplus Fidelidade. “For example, Star Alliance member, TAM Airlines, is a featured Multiplus partner. However, several companies are part of the Multiplus Fidelidade network, including, travel agencies, banks, car rental companies, gas stations, telephone, TV and internet companies - amounting to more than 160 partners.”
Established in 2009, Multiplus Fidelidade is a network of companies and loyalty programs that span different industries, retail products, and services in Brazil and allows members to accrue all of their points into one account. With more than 160 partners, the main segments of the Multiplus Fidelidade network include: airline, travel agencies, hotels, gas stations, bookstores, pharmacies, mobile service providers, television and Internet companies.
VOILA Hotel Rewards, which unites a network of more than 250 four- and five-star independent hotels and luxury brands, has won a growing number of awards recently including being named one of the 10 “hottest loyalty programs” by Travel + Leisure magazine.
