Nakheel’s signature projects, The Palm Jumeirah, The Palm Jebel Ali and The World have evinced a great deal of interest from investors from all over world, who are keen to develop exclusive resorts and holiday homes on the development. The Palm Jumeirah is hosting a 2000 room, US$ 1.1 billion theme park and resort, Atlantis, which at approximately 40 acres will be the largest in the region.

The Atlantis, which is developed by Kerzner and Istithmar, will feature unique water attractions, one of the world's largest marine habitats, a snorkel trail and an array of water slides and other attractions with the capacity of attracting over 6000 daily visitors. The Palm Jumeirah will also offer 49 themed boutique hotels with more than 11,600 rooms in addition to extensive commercial and retail amenities.
