The Park Inn by Radisson Budapest is already under construction and will be located within an office park in the northern part of Budapest, along the Vaci Ut corridor.  Besides the corporate areas in the immediate vicinity and the tourist attractions of the historic city centre, the site has good access to the airport and surrounding areas, thanks to proximity to the main ring roads. Also, the well known Westend shopping centre is nearby, offering 70,000 square metres of shops and entertainment.
 
Besides 136 comfortable and cleverly designed guest rooms, the Park Inn by Radisson Budapest will comprise an all day dining restaurant, bar, more than 400 square metres of meeting space, a fitness centre, and a parking.
 
Eastern Europe is an important business development market for Rezidor. The group was among the "first-movers" into the region following the fall of the Berlin Wall. This ambitious strategy has paid off, as Rezidor is now represented in most of the primary markets, including Warsaw, Prague, Bucharest, Bratislava, and Sofia.
