In its endeavor to promote Jordan and maximize the number of attendees of the 15th Congress of Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology (APLAR) 2012, the Jordan Tourism Board recently joined resources with King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre managed by Hilton and attended the Annual European Congress of Rheumatology (EULAR) which took place in Berlin this year.
EULAR is a major event in the calendar of world rheumatology that serves as a platform to facilitate interactions between patients, medical doctors, scientists, health and pharmaceutical professionals from Europe and worldwide and exchange scientific and clinical information.
JTB was present to promote the APLAR Congress which is scheduled to take place in Jordan at King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre managed by Hilton from the 10th to the 14th of September 2012. The staff provided interested delegates with useful information about Jordan in general and the Dead Sea in particular through distributing comprehensive brochures and sufficiently answering all inquiries.
Dr. Abed Al Razzaq Arabiyat, JTB’s Managing Director said: “APLAR congresses have proven to be very successful and well attended by delegates from different countries around the world. The excellence of the scientific program, enriched by the beautiful environment of Jordan and the magnificence of the Dead Sea will definitely add to the success of the congress for this year. We are confident that participants will experience a memorable meeting of Rheumatology and we look forward to hosting this unique event”.
The participation in EULAR Congress reaped the fruits of success as many attendees registered to attend the APLAR 2012 at the Dead Sea and many others showed interest and are expected to confirm soon. |
