Visit Berlin Presented with a New Stand at the 2011 ITB

The ITB tradeshow started in Berlin. Tourism specialists and tour operators from all over the world will be guests of the German capital. This year, visitBerlin will be presented for the first time along with TMB Tourismus-Marketing Brandenburg GmbH. A total of seventy-nine co-exhibitors will present the variety of the capital region of Berlin-Brandenburg at the 1,600 square meter (17,000 square foot) group stand in Hall 12.
A trendy metropolis with an extensive cultural landscape, specific district tourism, and the “safari brand Brandenburg” – in the stand concept from the tradeshow builder FAIRNET from Leipzig, the tourism strengths of the two German states mutually augment each other in a perfect zone of experiences and adventure. The main focus of Berlin’s presence will be on the topics of the scene, culture, and a metropolis worth experiencing.
The main starting point for tradeshow visitors with be the information counter of visitBerlin and TMB. One special eye-catcher will be the so-called “free flight”, which will present Berlin and Brandenburg to visitors from above. On Saturday and Sunday, which are open to the public, there will be a colorful program in front of the area reserved for visitors from the sector that will include a variety of performances, a quiz, and raffle drawings. |
